ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

This statement was last updated on Apr, 2026.
We at Executive Twin - AI Summit 2026 are committed to making our events and resources accessible to all participants.

Our Commitment to Accessibility

Executive Twin is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We strive to meet or exceed the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, as referenced in the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and the EU Web Accessibility Directive (2016/2102/EU).

We believe that everyone deserves equal access to information and functionality, and we are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our digital presence.

Scope of This Statement

The Executive Twin website is currently working towards full conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. As a new and growing platform, we are actively identifying and resolving accessibility issues. We are committed to achieving and maintaining conformance on an ongoing basis.

Accessibility Features

  • We have implemented the following accessibility features across our website:

  • Semantic HTML structure to support screen readers and assistive technologies.

  • Sufficient colour contrast ratios between text and background elements.

  • Descriptive alt text for all meaningful images.

  • Keyboard navigability throughout the website and contact/waiting list form.

  • Clear and consistent page structure with descriptive headings.

  • Form fields with visible labels and descriptive error messages.

  • Resizable text without loss of content or functionality.

  • No content that flashes more than three times per second (to reduce seizure risk).

Known Limitations

  • While we strive for full accessibility, we are aware of the following areas currently under review:

  • Some third-party embedded tools (such as form widgets provided by Wix) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are working with our platform provider to address these.

  • Older PDF documents linked from the website may not be fully accessible. We are working to remediate or provide accessible alternatives.

  •

  • We are committed to resolving known issues as quickly as possible and welcome feedback to help us identify any further barriers.

Compatibility with Assistive Technologies

  • Our website is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

  • Screen readers (including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver).

  • Keyboard-only navigation.

  • Browser zoom and text resizing tools.

  • High contrast display modes.

  •

  • We recommend using an up-to-date browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) for the best accessible experience.

Feedback and Contact

  • We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Executive Twin website. If you experience any barriers or have difficulty accessing any part of our site, please contact us:

  •

  • Email: accessibility@executivetwin.ai

  • Website: executivetwin.ai

  •

  • We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 working days and to resolve reported issues within 30 days where possible. If the issue requires more time, we will keep you informed of progress.

Enforcement Procedure

If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility concern, you have the right to escalate the matter to the relevant national enforcement body in your country. In Lithuania, this is the Information Society Development Committee (IVPK). Alternatively, you may contact your national disability rights organisation or equality body for further guidance.

Review of This Statement

This accessibility statement will be reviewed and updated at least once per year, or whenever significant changes are made to the website. We are committed to continuous improvement and will update this statement to reflect our progress.
